Van Laer adds this additional notation: In the original, the date for the first ten names recorded [**], is 1661, while for the last the last ten names [*], the date has been changed from 1661 to 1660. Inasmuch as The Faith sailed again from Holland March 24, 1662, it is evident the correct date should be December 23, 1660.
