Richard Nicolls Gc. Wereas [the] Amongst if in ch is Parcell of Land House & Garden markt is  N.12 was ging & Granted unto Claes de Neger conveying on [its] East syde alongst [its] Garden of Maneull Sanders. Sixteene Rod on [its] sound along by [is] Land of Willm Porugis nyne Rod on [its] West sixteene Rod & on[its] North alongst [its} cross way nyne Rod, Now for a Confirmation & The Patent is dated Octob 15th 1667

I do hereby Certify the aforgoing to be a true copy  of the Original Record. Compared therewith by Me – Lewis A. Scott. Secretary.
