Jacquero and his wife, Hannah were slaves of Nathaniel Sylvester at Sylvester Manor in Shelter Island.
They were both bequeathed to Grizzell Sylvester in Nathaniel Sylvester's Last Will and Testament 1680.
Jacquero and Hannah's daughters, were also slaves of Nathaniel Sylvester. Hope was bequeathed to Grizzel Sylvester, and Isabel was bequeathed to her daughter Elizabeth Sylvester.
