Appeared at the meeting, Mr. Koo, Mr. [ ] Daniel Wittheat, on behalf of the village of Heemsteede [ ] having a dispute with the others.

The director and council order Daniel Wittheat to give a copy of his complaint to the others in order [ ] to respond in due time.
