Lease. Cornelis van Tienhoven to Crigier Pischer and Gerryt Serdts, of a house and lot of land at Breukelen on Long island, for four years, rent free; they are bound in return to clear the land of the trees, and of all stones except such as two men are unable to remove, and to fence the lot agreeably to the orders of the Schepens. [1647]
