At the session, present: the honorable lord director general Petrus Stuyvesant, the lords councilors, Nicasius de Sille, La Montagne, and Cornelis van Tienhoven.

On Saturday, the 8th of April, it was resolved to sell to the highest bidder the house, lot and buildings thereon named the old church, formerly inhabited by Capt. Nuton, standing and located on the East River near the lane between the lord fiscal Tienhoven’s house and the same, and opposite the house of Sr. Hendrick Kip. Ady ut supra.
