Bound manuscript translation of original Dutch Records, vol. 2, book 3, and of the Administrative Minutes of New Amsterdam vol. 1.

In 1848, E.B. O'Callaghan was hired by the City Council to complete the translations started by Cornelius Westbrook of the Dutch court records. This volume is a continuation of the court minutes from 1658, and the "Resolutions of the worshipful Burgomasters of the City Amsterdam in New Netherland, 1657-1661." These were printed in "Records of New Amsterdam," edited by Berthold Fernow (1897), as the "Administrative Minutes, Vol. 1."
