Description
After the death of an owner or joint owner, a property may go to the other owner(s) or a next of kin.
Examples:
Jane Doe married John Smith, who owned property, and they became joint owners. When John Smith died, Jane continued to own the property via inheritance. When Jane died, her daughter Mary was the next to own it as an inheritance.
