MSS., II: 124; Recited in Lib. A, Deeds, N. Y. Co.: or
183.) Conveys a ho., garden and brewery, without Sep. 16

Alb., II: 142.) Recites gr-br. Kieft to Hendrick Jansen,
next to Tymen Jansen, dated Jan. 20, 1644; and its
transport to Burger Jorissen by the said Hendrick
Jansen, Apl. 16, 1644.
Note: This confirmation should apply only to Burger
Jorissen's land E. of Smith St. as he had sold his posses-
sions W. of said St. prior to this date.
