Grant Description
Burgomasters to Cornelis Hendricksen (Tambour). Jan. 31 Parcel in lieu of Lot 5, on the opposite side of Smee st. granted to the wife of said Hendricksen on Dec. 20, 1657, on condition that she build thereon by May i, 1658. (Rec. N. Am., VII: 163, 165.) This she did not do and such grant lapsed. Desc: s. a. in deed set forth below.
