Gr-br. to PhiHp Geraerdy. (GG: 93.) Desc: A lot for two hos. and gardens lying on the Public Highway, N. of the lot of Cornelis Volckertsen. It extends along the said public road 8 r. and 6 ft.; on the N. side its length is 17 r.; in the rear its br. is 8 r.; on the S. side its length is 18 r., 2 ft., 5 ins. and 6 gr. Amtg. in all to 146 r., I ft. and 4 ins.

by Nyssen transported to Stuyvesant.
