Translation

Received the petition of dominee Gideon Schaats requesting that in addition to his annual contract he may be granted something for boarding money.

It is resolved that the petitioner is referred to the extract from the letter of 20 May last from the honorable lords directors. Thus done in Fort Amsterdam. Dated as above.
