[ ] excise of this city [ ] ordinance in order to [ ] themselves [ ] of their office, after [ deliberation ] [ ] recommended as follows: the conditions where [ ] petitioners have farmed the tappers’ excise [ ] are instructions whereby they are promptly to regulate themselves. Done at the session held in Amsterdam in New Netherland, ady ut supra.
