Translation

Today, date underwritten, before me, Cornelis van Ruyven, [ ] Tobias Feecke, and [ ] that Pieter Taelman was appealing a certain sentence pronounced the 16th of this month by the magistrates of Vlissingen between him and Thomas Larens. In Fort Amsterdam, 21 December 1654.
