Nathaniel Marston before the council with letters from Captain Jeffery, commanding the Greyhound privateer of New York and from Captain Wentworth to Richard Durham on the same subject; affidavit of Thomas Vardill on the same subject taken. Letters to Commodore Warren opened and copies sent to Governor Shirley.
