In session present: the lord director general Petrus Stuyvesant, the lords councilors Nicasius de Sille and La Montagne.

Having considered the complaint of the bookkeeper Carel van Brugge that he is unable to close the general books of accounts before and until the books of receipts are placed in his hands, it has been resolved to send the honorable Cornelis van Tienhoven the following:
